Note: oJober has no refund Policy once you have purchased Our products. In the case you(Customer/Buyer) can face any problem regarding Our products, then Our team solve our problem.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase product, then You put a support request.

To request a refund follow the steps below:

  • Find your order number Customer.
  • Put a support request and give us the order number and product you’d like us to refund, including your name and email.

Once we’ve had a chance to review your request we will be in touch confirming the refund has been processed. However, we require to provide a satisfactory explanation as to why a refund is merited. Our Support Team will review the request before determining whether or not a refund should be granted.
